<div itemprop="description">Anthony Weisin Chang (Tony) passed away suddenly at the age of 63 on Saturday, October 24th, 2015 in Ontario. He is pre-deceased by his parents, James William Chang (SR) and recently Beryl Maria Lorenza Chang. He is lovingly remembered and will be sorely missed by his daughter, Tara, 14 Siblings - Thelma Wong (Frank), Hudson (Geraldine), Sylvester (Gloria), Marjorie (Cherry) Chin-Fatt (Eddie), Vivien Chen, Angela Chang, Hyacinth Williams(Washington), Ann Ardell (Paul), Jacinta (Bonnie) Chin (Francis), Jim (Leonie), Michael (Ling), Mark (Gail), Francis (Sheila), Paul (Anne); and by his best friend Nicole, her son Dante and faithful dogs Paolo and Tula. <br /> <br />He is greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and many many friends. <br /> <br />Tony was born in Cambridge, Jamaica, West Indies on February 6th, 1952. He attended Chinese School in Kingston, then Kingston College. He completed High School in Hagersville, Ontario and later graduated from Mohawk College, Hamilton, Ontario in Insurance Administration. He married at age 24 and his daughter Tara became a part of his life in 1989. <br /> <br />After earning his black belt, he opened a Karate Club in Brantford, Ontario and worked with kids in trouble at the former White Oaks Village in Hagersville. Then on a spontaneous decision, left to work in the Great White North, Yellowknife, at Akaitcho Hall Student Residence for native children. He then completed his ticket as an electrician, and next started his company, TC Group of Companies where he became a consultant to many boards and a successful real estate and business entrepreneur. <br /> <br />There wasn't much Tony wouldn't or couldn't do. His interests varied from making business deals and going to sporting events to painting and cooking. He loved to read and learn and was happiest when he was busy. Tony was a natural leader whom many respected. He was a mentor to many and lived his life with purpose.
