<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Burloak Long Term Care, Burlington at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of Pat. Lovingly survived by his children Eleanor Thorel, Gerry (Margaret), Patricia Storms (Guy) and their mother Dorothy Kew (nee Levy). Dear step-father of Brian McMullan (Darlene), Heather Kimber (Peter), and Janice Holmes (Ryan). Proud grandfather of Jason, Stephanie, Alyssa, Colin, Brittany, Courtney, Raymond, Sarah, Danny, and Kyle. He is survived by his sister Ethel Axelson and predeceased by his siblings Leslie, Nell, Margaret, Bill, Ken, Stan, John, Jim and Percy. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends. Family and friends will gather on Sunday, March 20th, 2016 at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3164 Ninth Line (Dundas/403) Oakville from 12-1 p.m., followed by a memorial service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Refreshments to follow in the Glen Oaks Lounge. <br /><br />In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Foundation in his memory. <br /><br />Please take a moment to sign the online guestbook.</div>
