DEMELO, Lisa Nicole “Lilly”
April 24, 1996 – April 20, 2016
Lilly is the beloved daughter of Karen Recchia of Oakville & Dennis Demelo of Grimsby and sister of Michelle Demelo of Oakville. Granddaughter of Denis & Fatima Demelo of Acton and Bruno & Katherine Recchia (deceased) of Toronto. She will be greatly missed by her extended family of many aunts, uncles and countless cousins. Lilly loved her cats, Nicole, Bear & Lucy and they are already missing her love and cuddles. Lilly, we hope you have found peace. We will love you forever.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS
The family is requesting donations be given to a non-profit organization that Lilly's sister, Michelle is a member of. The organization is called "Resiliency 4 Recovery". This is a support group for young adults who are suffering from mental illness and/or substance abuse. It was created by the members and it is run by the members. The group meets weekly to share their struggles and support each other. The church where they meet accepts donations on their behalf and ensures they receive 100% of all the funds received.
