<div itemprop="description">Obituary <br /> <br />Jovit Jerard Aurelio Osorio was second born to Gerardo Ocampo Osorio and Cely Aurelio Osorio on August 12, 1991 in Quezon City, Philippines. Beloved brother to Maria Cecilia-Joy and Maria CJ, beloved nephew to his aunts and uncles, beloved friend to many here and back in the Philippines. <br /> <br />He grew up and studied in the Philippines. He took up BS Hotel and Restaurant Management back in the Philippines and here took up courses in Police Academy because he wanted to pursue being a Crime Scene Investigator. He hated math like everyone else and loved recess and lunch. His friends know him as a prankster, jokester and all around cool guy. Always laughing and always sharing stories. <br /> <br />Growing up, he loved to cook and he wanted to be chef in a famous restaurant. Not only does he love to cook, he loves to eat. As a young kid, he loved eating spaghetti and hotdogs and burgers. As he grew older, he loved lasagna and pizza. He hates fish and vegetables so don&rsquo;t even try to offer it to him but loves all sorts of meat. He loves pancit canton, a Filipino brand of noodles and corned beef may it be in bread or rice. <br /> <br />In high school, he represented his class in swimming and won multiple awards. He was a very good dancer whether it be hip-hop or just plain fooling around. Like any teenager, he loves playing games on his computer. He was good in basketball back home and has come to love baseball here in Canada. He enjoys playing paintball with his uncle and friends. He would always be present during friendly poker games at family gatherings and won a couple of times in tournaments. <br /> <br />He would always joke around with Tatay Sammy and Mama Cit, his grandparents. He would hang around the house and watch movies even teleserye&rsquo;s surprisingly. As a brother, he always kisses and hugs his sisters even if they refuse it. He teases them and makes fun of their hair or clothes they wear. At the same time, complements his sisters for trying to look nice. As a son, he was very loving and sweet. He would always say &ldquo;I love you&rdquo; to his mom even until now. He makes it a point to make sure his mom is doing okay and to always take care of herself. <br /> <br />He has such a good heart. Always polite to elders and never rude to anyone he talks to. He makes it a point to make you laugh and feel good just talking to him. He would always be smiling and trying his best to be the stronghold of the family. He dreamed of being a great husband and a good father in the future. He passed away thinking we was weak but in our hearts, he is one of the strongest and most courageous person we know. <br /> <br />He will forever be remembered and loved by his family and friends. <br /></div>
