John Kabat
Passed away on Sunday June 5th at the age of 75. Predeceased by his beloved wife Sophie. Survived by his daughter Carol Ann and husband Robin Bailey. Loving brother of Joe and his wife Helen. John will be fondly remembered by his many family members in Canada, USA, and Poland. He was a devoted husband and loving father. He had a passion for baseball and martial arts, and obtained a black belt in karate. A special thanks to the wonderful oncology staff at Trillium Mississauga. Also thanks to Dr. Justin Chopra for his warmth and compassion. Friends are invited to visit at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville on Thursday June 16th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 4260 Cawthra Rd, on Friday June 17th at 11am. Internment Glen Oaks Cemetery, Oakville.
